For those of you who are not sure how to go about Forgiveness in meditation (or contemplation), you may use our Prayer of Forgiveness to assist in your efforts. The keys to Forgiveness are sincerity and Understanding. It is important to Understand and accept the knowledge that what has been perpetrated against you in one lifetime, you may well have perpetrated against another in a different lifetime. We all take turns in the lessons of Life, each fulfilling one "role" or another, depending on what our Karma dictates is in order for us and what our choices invite. Forgive and be Forgiven. It is a Law of the Universe.
