​ This type of counseling is centered around the client’s nutritional and lifestyle habits. Wellness plans address the same. Suggestions for nutritional changes are based on intuitive and/or channeled information pertaining to nutrition, mineral imbalances, lifestyle situations, etc. Intuitive Wellness Counseling and Plans are not intended to be used as medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Using the information gained through the use of the Intuitive Biological Reading and/or OHT Healing sessions, I offer my clients suggestions for changes to promote greater wellness in their lives.  This is not medical advice, but is intuitive information intended to be used in conjunction with the assistance of a medical professional.​
