One Heart Touch® Specific Area Healing utilizes various OHT practices to target specific areas for Healing which may or may not be within the chakra system. Specific Area Healing is used frequently to provide the energies necessary for tissue regeneration at the energetic level, Releasing past Life injuries, and pain relief. It is also very helpful in identifying the source of pain that does not seem to have a biological cause that is from this lifetime. Specific Area Healing can be used alone or in an OHT session.
All One Heart Touch® Practitioners can perform Specific Area Healing, however, as with all our techniques, the more training the practitioner has the more he or she can put to use for his or her client.

How Can Specific Area Healing help you?
Specific Area Healing is a terrific "quick tool" when a full session is not needed to address a presenting Healing issue. The process is very focused and usually fairly quick. I use this kind of Healing every day for things as common as relieving a bruise to helping an injury Heal. I also use this technique for identifying the underlying causes of an injury, ailment, or pain that is not otherwise identified. While I mention tissue regeneration in the above description, please be advised that I am NOT practicing medicine or offering any medical advice. As I am sure you all know, it takes the right energies for anything to Heal, and that includes the biological body. Sometimes we need to let go of a past Life or other metaphysical issue in order for those energies to flow and Healing to occur. That's the part I do. Sometimes the biological body makes a quick recovery as the result of the energy work. But, it's the energy work that I do, and not the biological work. Specific Area Healing is an excellent Healing tool!
