“Yes, then, it is I, the Archangel of Love,
and I would speak with you at this time
about the gift of Love,
as you celebrate yet another Season of Peace,
and as this time, we discuss
the gifts of Life and the gifts of the Dimension of Peace,
within the scope of Illusion.
And I say to you that as long as you have Illusion in your Life, you cannot know the Dimension of Peace.
You cannot know Peace
at all
as long as you subscribe to the ideas of Illusion,
as long as you allow them in your Life.
And I say to you that Love is your way out.
It is your guiding Light.
It is your greatest Strength and your truest power.
There is nothing
that can stand up to Love
and overcome it.
It is not possible.
You live in a time of great Illusion. And never in the history of mankind,
as you know it to be,
has there ever been a greater time of Illusion.
Every day, you live with greater and greater Illusions in the world around you,
deception here and betrayal there,
manipulativeness,
and so on.
These things run rampant in the world you live in today,
and many of you are lost,
and many of you are searching.
How do you live
a Life of Truth,
how do you follow your path of Truth,
in such Illusion?
And I say to you this: You must always follow your Heart.
You must always follow where Love leads you.
And you must not be afraid of where Love leads you.
You may find surprises along the way. It may take you down avenues that you have never before considered,
perhaps not even wanted.
And yet when you follow these paths,
in following the Love,
the trail it takes you on,
you will find it is one of true Abundance and true Joy,
and you will find Love beyond measure,
beyond words.
But you must not expect to see it in one place and refuse to see it in another,
for Love is not bound by space or time, and it is certainly not bound by the paradigms of Illusion,
which is what most of you are trained in from your birth.
(sigh)
Let us talk a moment about that training.
From the day you are born,
you experience Love,
in one form or another.
But most of it comes from your families, your parents, your grandparents, your siblings, and so on.
As you get older, you start to learn that it is not okay to Love anyone, such as a little child does.
You watch a baby,
and the baby will Love anyone that they feel comfortable with.
It doesn’t matter who they are, whether they are related or not.
It doesn’t matter what color their skin is, or what their religion is, or their political views, or anything else.
A baby simply Loves, because that is your true nature, and that is all an infant knows.
But as you get older, you are trained away from this.
When you begin school, you are taught it is not okay
to express your Love to other students,
to your teachers,
to other school officials.
You’re taught to stay away from strangers
and not answer the door at times, and so on and so on.
And of course, many of these things are for your own safety,
and there is goodness in that,
and that is a right action.
But rather than teach our little ones not to Love,
or to allow themselves to be Loved,
perhaps it would be better if we taught them simply to be wary of those who would abuse it.
That is a difficult situation to engage in, and it is a challenging conversation. But for the time being, let us just review the training.
The older you get, the less likely you are to engage in Love,
for you are being slowly tuned out of it.
You begin to ignore it in your Life.
Someone says I Love you, you brush it off. Your dog Loves you. That’s okay, because the dog is supposed to Love its master. And you Love the dog, to a certain degree. And the same is true of all of your pets, as you refer to them.
But what about the people in your Life? How often can you embrace a true friend and say I Love you without it being misunderstood?
How often can you do this without leaving someone wary? And if one does the same to you, are you instantly wary?
You see, you are trained to put aside thoughts and feelings of Love.
You are trained to walk away from it, to shield yourself from it, to block it out of your world.
And I say nothing could be
greater in Illusion
than that training.
In fact, quite the opposite needs to happen.
We should be training our young people how to Love,
how to express Love,
how to receive Love,
how to share it with others,
whether they are human or not.
This is another form of separatism.
It fosters individualism.
And that is a great Illusion that divides you,
and it keeps you apart, and it keeps you weak.
There is no Strength in being an individual.
There is no power in being separate.
Many of you are conditioned to be very competitive, to rise to the top of the pack, so to speak, climb to the top of the totem pole, as the saying goes, and so on and so on.
And I say to you, this is all wrong.
You must lift each other up,
and as one goes higher, the one can help the others, and you all go higher.
You are ever escalating
in the blossoms of Love,
and reaping the rewards
of that Love.
To stay separate and apart means that you are weak, and you will never accomplish what you could if you practiced interdependence rather that independence.
Practice synergism, for that is how Love truly flows.
As you live in this world of Illusion,
and you try to negotiate your way through it to Truth,
to Peace,
to real Love,
and so on,
I say to you that you must
allow others to come into your circle of Love.
You must allow them to Love you, and you must allow yourself to Love them.
Be not afraid.
When true Love is exchanged, betrayal is never an issue.
Unconditional Love does not come with betrayal.
And yet, how do you Trust it? Ah, yes, a discussion on Trust, and that is coming.
That is coming.
It is a very important component of Love, for Love and Trust are synonymous.
And we will talk about that momentarily. But for now,
let us think more of Love.
What is it about Love that frightens you so?
Is it truly the aspect of betrayal and being hurt?
No.
For many, many of you, it is the idea that you are not worthy of unconditional Love.
None of you is perfect.
Perfection is only an idea, because the only true perfection comes from your Creator.
None of you are expected to be perfect,
yet you are expected to strive for perfection.
There is no harm in that.
It is a good challenge to yourself,
and it does not foster competition.
As I have spoken, competition only serves to separate you. But Love will bring you together.
And you are each and all worthy of being Loved, and Loving.
Some of you are afraid you cannot Love enough because you do not know how.
And again, this goes back to you your training. How much are you taught to Love?
How are you taught?
Who teaches you to Love? Your mother?
Your father?
Perhaps it is your pet.
Perhaps it is a best friend.
Perhaps you are fortunate enough
to have a spouse or partner in your Life that teaches you to Love.
And for those of you who are so blessed with children, I say that children are the very best way to learn to Love.
Just as a little child opens his or her arms and will Love anyone with whom they feel comfortable,
so should you.
But how do you do this in a world that misunderstands and misrepresents Love as they do?
And I say to you this: Look for the unconditional nature of it.
Look for one who gives Love, not one who asks for it.
If Love is requested,
if Love is expected,
then perhaps it bears scrutiny,
because often it is not true Love.
True Love is about giving,
and allowing another to give to you.
And again, this goes back to Trust.
But there is no fear in Loving. Love itself will heal your wounded hearts, if they indeed be wounded.
But I say to you:
(sigh)
That when you focus on sharing unconditional Love,
when you focus on searching for unconditional Love,
when you focus on experiencing and expressing unconditional Love,
and following the path of it in your Life,
there will be no hurt.
There will only be greater Love.
Every day,
every way you share it,
the Love will grow,
and grow,
and grow,
and as it does, you become stronger and stronger, as do those with whom you share
unconditional Love.
And so I say to you that as you seek your path through Illusion,
your path to find Peace, and real Love, and so on,
then you have no choice but to follow
the path of Love.
Always look for it in every interaction that you have,
no matter what that interaction is,
always look for the path of Love.
When you find the Love, you have your next stepping stone.
This is your journey of Life.
This is your journey of Love.
And it is your journey through Illusion.
So think carefully upon these words.
Open your hearts,
and be not afraid.
Join together and Love one another.
That is the true nature of humans.
It is the true nature of all of Life.
And it is the true nature
of Peace.
