A Note Regarding Copyrighted Materials….
It is our policy on this website to use as much of our own material as we can. Most of what we have published here is our own and is copyrighted as noted and/or is copyrighted by The New Gaea Foundation. If you would like to use our material, please contact us via email or one of our contact forms, and we will work with you on getting the appropriate permission(s).
There are times, when we choose to share the wisdom and work of others whose thoughts and ideas we agree with and/or appreciate, especially on our blog areas. In particular, we sometimes share videos that are from youtube or a specific website that offers an option to share a video that is posted there. We share such videos in an effort to increase awareness, Understanding, and/or appreciation for the topic featured in the video, and consider it to be "fair use".
We strive to ensure that each time we use a photograph, video or other material from another website credit is given, the website is linked, and/or the option to view the video on youtube is left intact and the youtube use is given credit for the video used. It is never our intent to abuse the copyright privileges of another. If we have inadvertently done so, we ask the offended party to notify us immediately through one of our contact forms. We will gladly make whatever credit adjustments are necessary to appropriately express the copyright of another or we will withdraw our use of the material and/or video.
To those whose videos or other materials we have used or will use here on our website, we sincerely give you our thanks. If your materials or videos were not something we truly Supported, we would not share them here. Awareness leads to Understanding. Understanding leads to tolerance and cooperation. Peace and mutual Support are the inevitable result. Like minds are a great thing to share. The more we share, the more minds become like ours! The world becomes a more Peaceful and Harmonious place when minds think alike.
